I don’t know about you, but for me, lockdown has definitely left lots of space for reflection. It’s highlighted the importance of being able to work out what you’re feeling and checking why you feel that way so you can respond in the best way possible going forward
I’m definitely not a psychotherapist so this is just my light hearted approach to checking in on myself. lol!
